Getting to know…

Mollie joins us from 304, her previous role was office and warehouse manager - she’s a total stickler for detail, is extremely diligent and delivers high quality every time.

We’re really fortunate to have Mollie join the group operations team that services both our internal brands and external client projects.

We asked Mollie some questions to get to know her a bit more…. HERE

Mollie takes up the role of People and Spaces manager - responsible for the development and wellbeing of our team, as well as spaces we operate from, including the office, location house and shoot locations - both our own and those which we hire.

For the ‘People’ element of the role Mollie is working with the leadership team to ensure the environment & package for the team is rewarding, varied and challenging. We are constantly looking for new ways to mix things up, and are keen to hear for providers which support employee wellbeing. Some of the things we currently do are:

  • Friday 2pm finish

  • WFH / Office flexibility

  • 4 days to book in addition to holiday for charitable purposes

  • Mentoring available via external sources

We are building out a department for spaces, called ‘Lid Locations’ - which supports brands, businesses and clients with their shoot location requirements, as well as helping those who have a venue which they would like to hire out and see in photoshoots, used for campaign imagery, and for other creative reasons. If you would like to rent out your space - house, office, spare building or something else weird and wonderful get in touch with us to find out about our start up packages, managed services and agency model.

Our first location house is Secret Magpie

Mollie is running recce sessions twice a month and is keen to invite those who have a shoot / content day in the planning and are looking for that typically English countryside cottage with a modern twist.

  • Deliveries taken in in advance of the shoot day

  • Lights and kit available to hire upon request
