How did you start your journey?

At Lid? My journey at Lid started with a lots of dog walks and work chats with Gemma

What does a standard day look like for you?

Account Management - checking in with all clients (emails, social media, blogs are on schedule), ensuring all tasks are assigned and in progress, chasing customers for info, client meetings to discuss current & future projects, client on-site visits

Operations Management - continually finding ways to improve processes, ensuring the day to day of Lid and internal brands is running smoothly, using Monday to organise different areas of the business

New Business - finding potential new customers, discussions with existing/new clients on new work, creating quotes and proposals for new business

What's on the horizon for you in the next 6 months? What are you looking forward to?

More new clients, integrating 304 and Lid from an Operations perspective to ensure the smooth running, helping existing customers achieve their goals. looking forward to learning from 304 on how we can grow online businesses.
