Gemma Noble, CEO

How did you start your journey?

My first job was on the shop floor at Next, I jumped around for years between photographic studios, visual merchandising and eventually landed my first Head Office role at Bestseller within the wholesale sales team. Superdry international sales manager was my next move, followed by Head of Sales for Juicy Couture. In 2015 I left the Corporate world and joined Lid Project.

What does a standard day look like for you?

No day is the same, there's a total mix of client calls, planning sessions, meetings with the team and client delivery work. I've always got 30+ tabs open and a lengthy list of tasks. If I'm lucky I manage to squeeze in some yoga and rustle up a bit of dinner for the family too.

What's on the horizon for you in the next 6 months? What are you looking forward to?

There's a lot coming up! Tayroc apparel, hosting brands for photoshoots at a number of locations, expanding our office and team, and of course a mad Q4. To get involved head over to here.
