Lid Project is a Sales & Business development agency. The office is based just outside Hampton in Arden in the West Midlands, we cover national clients and spend time travelling to them. Our expertise originated from the Directors experience in the Fashion and Events sectors. As Lid Project has grown since 2012 our team had brought knowledge and skills in other areas. Now, we are the ‘go to’ agency for creative, event production, sales management, strategy, consultation, and ideation. We have the pleasure of working on some fabulously unusual projects! Our clients are a total mix of retained regulars and one of briefs.

Your desire to be in Sales, New Business or Account management is essential. Along with your passion for life! You will be willing to get involved creative, strategic and DOING levels and have an excellent track record with your past employers and customers. The ability to confidently communicate across different levels of our clients business is a must, to include company owners and across departments. If you’re a pleaser, can turn your hand (and head) to all things Sales and Marketing related – we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will be based within a driving distance of the Midlands and be happy to be in the office at least once per week - for the rest of the week you will be flexible and travelling.
This is the ideal opportunity to begin your Sales & Marketing career! Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director there will be great opportunity for your own personal development. You will be supporting the existing team with regular clients (Account Management) as well as developing your own contacts / account base (New Business). 80% on the road; working in clients offices, attending meetings, visiting trade shows, exhibitions and networking. The role is full time, and to meet the needs of our clients and their industries. You will have the ability to manage your own diary, and be expected to encompass evening events and breakfast networking as required. Travel is predominantly national, although international opportunities are increasing.
Starting salary of 12,000 (with 6 monthly reviews)
